Our System for Mouse-Free Living

Step 1: Clean and Prepare 

Remove clutter and food debris, then clean floors, counters, shelves, cupboards, cabinets and other affected surfaces. Follow appropriate safety guidance when cleaning droppings or other signs of rodent activity. Cleaning also helps remove scent trails that mice use to get back into your spaces and makes new activity easier to identify.

Step 2: Place Sachets

Place sachets along walls and areas where mice travel, approximately one every 3 metres. In confined spaces, use approximately one sachet per 114 L (4 cu. ft.). Place near entry points without blocking openings so mice can leave. Some initial activity near sachets may occur. Choose the 4-Pack for smaller spaces or the 6-Pack for broader coverage.

Step 3: USE OUR EXPANDABLE STRAW FOAM

Wear protective clothing, goggles and suitable gloves, and ensure adequate ventilation. Clean the area, lightly mist with water, shake can for 1 minute and attach applicator. Hold can upside down and fill openings ~30% to allow for expansion. Protect from sunlight while drying for ~10 minutes and until it fully cures in 12–24 hours. Then trim or sand as needed.

Step 4: Reinforce Sealed Spaces With Sachets

After sealing openings, place sachets inside protected spaces and along walls or areas mice may explore. Use approximately one sachet every 3 metres or one per 114 L (4 cu. ft.) in confined spaces. This helps reinforce protection if an opening is missed or a new gap develops. Replace sachets every 3–6 months.

*If proactively treating a space to guard it against future mice coming in and you don't have an existing issue, simply only follow Steps 3 and 4.
